Your Fitness Journey
The mission of Training by Tamara is to empower my clients to discover their unknown potential in achieving their fitness, nutrition, and health goals.
We will start with a fitness consultation to determine a plan that will help you achieve your goals. My strong educational background allows me to assess your individual needs and together we will create a plan. Check out sample workouts on the blog and in my Workout of the Week page, where you can find circuits you can do on the go, gym-free!
I believe that nutrition and fitness go hand in hand, and both affect our overall state of mind and vitality. A nutritional consultation will allow us to determine a plan that fits your needs. I also conduct Nutritional Resets several times annually with clients to help cleanse and break through any stubborn plateaus you may encounter along the way.
Following your fitness and nutritional consultations, we will begin meeting weekly for training sessions. I offer individual, partner, and group training and work with my clients either in-home, outdoors, or at Universal Health Center. In between sessions, I will monitor your progress and offer ongoing support and accountability through Trainerize, an app on your phone.
