Perform one minute for each exercise (30 seconds per side for single leg/arm exercises)

  • Dumbbell Step-Ups

  • Decline Bench Push-Ups

  • Renegade Rows

  • Dumbbell Bulgarian Squats

  • Dumbbell Pullover

  • Bench Hops

  • Bench Tricep Dips

  • Bench Single Leg Crossover
