On the road this summer? Take a quick circuit with you for a quick workout anywhere, no equipment required!

For 45 seconds each with a 15 second rest in between:

10 Sumo Squats

10 Jumping Sumo Squats 

Plank Taps

Mountain Climbers

Alternate Reverse Lunges

Tricep Dips



3 Minute Cardio Burst: Treadmill, Stairclimber, Elliptical, Bike, or alternating Burpees/High Knee Intervals if you don’t have cardio equipment

Repeat 5 times through
