New Season New Circuit


New workout video coming at ya! As the season changes, grab a medicine ball and mix this circuit into your weekly schedule. You can add this circuit into the your workout prior to your steady state cardio session on the treadmill, or repeat 3-5 times as your workout!

30-45 seconds per exercise.

  • Wall Balls

  • Med Ball Russian Twists

  • Medicine Ball Mountain Climbers

  • Bosu Squats

  • V-Ups with Med Ball

  • Standing Med Ball Side Crunch

  • Plank with Ball Roll

    Repeat 3-5 times.
