I’m excited to start sharing workout videos! Sometimes you don’t want to think about your workout design, and just have someone tell you what to do for a great whole body workout.

Creating quick videos for basic circuits you can do on your own at home, at the gym, or in a hotel room has been a dream of mine for a while now, and it’s finally here! One of the reasons this is so important to me is that I know how easy it is for life to get in the way of our ambitions and goals; I know weather, sick kids, traveling, or just a busy season can derail our commitments to ourselves, and my hope is that these videos will be a way for you to keep that appointment with yourself each day. If you can grab a couple dumbbells in your living room and knock out a quick twenty minutes before the day starts, you’ve already checked that box.
