Ready to mix it up this summer? Get outside and push your limits with an incline!

Take on one of two inclines with easy access from metro Denver. If you’ve never climbed an incline before, definitely start with Manitou Incline’s little brother, the Challenge Hill at Philip S. Miller Park. A 200-timber-step incline that climbs 178 feet in elevation, the mini incline connects to a trail that loops around for an awesome workout! Get all the info you need at the park web site or on Trip Advisor.

Ready to take on Manitou? The Manitou Incline gains over 2,000 feet in elevation in less that one mile. Just 2,744 steps with incline grades of 45-68 percent. Once you summit at Pike’s Peak, take Barr’s Trail for the four-mile return to the bottom. Get your know-before-you-go here.
